At NOVUS Supply Co, transparency and fairness are at the core of every giveaway we run. These Official Rules govern participation in all giveaways, sweepstakes, promotions, and prize draws conducted by NOVUS Supply Co. By entering any giveaway, you agree to comply with these rules and all applicable laws and regulations.
Participation in a NOVUS giveaway constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules and any decisions made by NOVUS Supply Co regarding the administration of the giveaway, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion.
ELIGIBILITY
NOVUS giveaways are open to legal residents of eligible jurisdictions who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their place of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, officers, directors, immediate family members, and individuals directly involved in the administration or operation of the giveaway are not eligible to participate. NOVUS reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may request identification or supporting documentation at any time.
Any participant found to have submitted false information, manipulated the entry process, or violated these Official Rules may be disqualified without notice.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD
Each giveaway will have a clearly defined start date, end date, and winner selection date displayed on the corresponding giveaway page.
Entries submitted before the giveaway begins or after the giveaway closes will not be considered valid. NOVUS reserves the right to modify giveaway dates if necessary due to technical, operational, or legal reasons.
HOW TO ENTER
Participants may receive entries through qualifying actions outlined on the giveaway page. These actions may include purchasing eligible products, subscribing to marketing communications, completing promotional activities, referrals, or other approved entry methods.
All entries must be associated with accurate participant information, including a valid name, email address, and any additional information requested during the entry process.
Transactions that are cancelled, refunded, disputed, or otherwise reversed may result in associated entries being removed from the giveaway.
FREE ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY
Where required by applicable laws and regulations, NOVUS Supply Co may provide an Alternative Method of Entry ("AMOE") that allows eligible participants to enter without making a purchase.
Free entry submissions must comply with all requirements outlined on the giveaway page and will receive the same consideration as any other eligible entry. Choosing not to make a purchase will not negatively impact an entrant's chances of winning.
WINNER SELECTION
At the conclusion of the giveaway period, one or more potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. The odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received.
NOVUS is committed to conducting all winner selections in a fair and transparent manner. Winner selection procedures may include verification steps, entry audits, and eligibility reviews before a winner is officially confirmed. Similar giveaway programs commonly use independent verification and random selection processes to maintain fairness and integrity.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winners may be contacted by email, telephone, text message, social media, or any contact information provided during entry.
A selected winner must respond within the timeframe specified in the notification. Failure to respond, provide requested information, or satisfy eligibility requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
NOVUS reserves the right to conduct additional verification procedures prior to awarding any prize.
PRIZES
Prize descriptions, values, specifications, and fulfillment details will be displayed on the applicable giveaway page.
All prizes are awarded "as-is" unless otherwise stated. NOVUS reserves the right to substitute any advertised prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make the original prize unavailable. Similar sweepstakes operators include equivalent substitution provisions when necessary.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless specifically stated in the giveaway description.
WINNER VERIFICATION
Before receiving a prize, a potential winner may be required to complete and return eligibility documents, liability releases, publicity releases, tax forms, identity verification documents, or any other paperwork reasonably required by NOVUS.
If a potential winner cannot be verified, refuses to cooperate with the verification process, or is found to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
PUBLICITY RELEASE
By accepting a prize, winners grant NOVUS Supply Co permission to use their name, city, state or province, photographs, videos, testimonials, social media content, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
This allows NOVUS to celebrate winners publicly and demonstrate the authenticity of our giveaways to the community.
PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
NOVUS maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, abuse, or manipulation.
Any attempt to tamper with the giveaway process, use automated systems, create multiple identities, provide misleading information, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage may result in immediate disqualification.
NOVUS further reserves the right to prohibit participation by any individual whose conduct undermines the integrity of the giveaway.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless NOVUS Supply Co, its affiliates, partners, employees, contractors, and service providers from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
NOVUS shall not be responsible for technical failures, internet outages, system interruptions, delayed communications, inaccurate entry information, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
PRIVACY
Information submitted in connection with a giveaway may be collected and used for giveaway administration, participant verification, prize fulfillment, customer service, and marketing communications in accordance with the NOVUS Privacy Policy.
By entering a giveaway, participants consent to the collection and use of their information as described in the applicable privacy policy.
RIGHT TO MODIFY OR CANCEL
NOVUS reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel any giveaway if fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, supply chain disruptions, force majeure events, or other circumstances compromise the fairness or proper administration of the promotion. Similar provisions are commonly included in sweepstakes programs to protect the integrity of the promotion.
Any changes will be communicated through the giveaway page or official NOVUS communication channels.
GOVERNING LAW
All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdiction designated by NOVUS Supply Co.
Any disputes arising from participation in a NOVUS giveaway shall be resolved individually and not as part of any class action or representative proceeding.
